MID-RIDE. MID-CHAPTER.
Read on your
exercise bike.
Turn the page with one finger.
Mount your device, open your own EPUB and swipe an index finger to turn the page. PageFlick uses your device's camera to recognise the gesture, so you can keep the screen where you set it.
Now available for iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Watch the 21-second PageFlick promo. This prerelease preview uses an AI-generated illustrative scene and ends with “Coming soon”. PageFlick is now available.
Read the video description
Illustrative footage shows a reader on an exercise bike with a mounted tablet. She raises a finger and swipes left to turn the page. On-screen text reads: “Mid-ride. Mid-chapter.” “Swipe left. Next page.” “PageFlick. Turn pages without touching.” “Bring your own EPUBs.” “Gestures recognised on your device.” “No video recorded or uploaded.” The video ends with “Coming soon” and “getpageflick.com”. Instrumental music plays, with no speech.
GET SET UP BEFORE YOU START
A book. A mount. A little practice.
Place your device
Use a suitable stand or bike mount and follow its instructions. Keep the equipment's controls clear. Position the screen at a comfortable reading distance, with the camera unobstructed.
Open your EPUB
Import a DRM-free EPUB from Files or iCloud Drive. Choose your text size before starting. PageFlick reads books you bring; it does not unlock books tied to another store's app.
Try the finger gesture
Allow camera access and practise while stationary. Hold up one index finger with the other fingers curled. Swipe left for the next page, right to go back, then lower your hand or pause.
Use the camera guide to check that your hand is in view and adjust sensitivity. On-screen page controls are available whenever you prefer them.

Your books and reading positions sync through your own iCloud account. See the sync requirements.
Gestures stay on your device

BEFORE YOUR FIRST CHAPTER
A few things to know.
Can I download PageFlick now?
Yes. PageFlick is now available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Which devices does it run on?
PageFlick requires iOS 27 or later on iPhone, iPadOS 27 or later on iPad, or macOS 27 or later on Mac. Gesture tracking needs camera access. For a bike setup, use a device and holder suited to your equipment.
Does iCloud sync need the paid upgrade?
No. iCloud sync does not require the Unlimited Books upgrade. PageFlick lets you keep one book at a time for free; the one-time upgrade allows more books. Sign in to the same iCloud account on your devices. Sync needs an available connection and enough iCloud storage, and may take time. Read the sync notes.
Can I use Kindle books or PDFs?
PageFlick opens DRM-free EPUBs. It does not support PDFs or unlock protected books from Kindle or other stores. An EPUB file stored in iCloud Drive can be imported through the file picker.
What about reading on a treadmill?
The same mounted-device and finger-gesture setup can also be used for a treadmill walk. Start with the practice view while stationary and follow your equipment's instructions. Gesture recognition depends on your camera view and setup. See the positioning guide.
