Support

A hand getting started.

PageFlick is coming soon. These notes cover the current beta.

Supported devices

The current beta requires an iPhone running iOS 27 or later, an iPad running iPadOS 27 or later, or a Mac running macOS 27 or later.

Importing books

PageFlick opens DRM-free EPUB files. Import them through the system file picker from Files or iCloud Drive, or use the system Open With menu. Protected EPUBs, PDFs, and books locked to another store's app are not supported.

Turning pages

Hold up one index finger with your other fingers curled. Swipe left for the next page or right for the previous page. Lower your hand or pause after each turn. The camera guide has a practice view and sensitivity control.

Camera access

Allow camera access when prompted to use gesture tracking. You can change that permission in your device's privacy settings. The on-screen reading controls remain available without gesture tracking.

PageFlick analyses camera frames on your device. It does not record or upload video. The camera runs only while a book or the practice view is active and tracking is enabled.

Your library and iCloud

The app keeps books and reading positions locally. iCloud support is being tested in the beta. Cross-device syncing has not yet been fully verified, so keep your original EPUB files.
